How to redeem a reward?
Simply tap the ‘Rewards’ tab to check out the available rewards we’ve got for you, and redeem it with your points!
1. Tap ‘SELECT’ on the reward you want to claim.
2. Select the Quantity you want and tap ‘REDEEM’ to proceed.
3. Check your inbox for email ‘HappyDot.sg Rewards One-time PIN’ for the One-Time PIN generated.
4. Enter the One-Time PIN and tap ‘VERIFY OTP’ to confirm redemption.
5. HappyDot.sg will send a confirmation email ‘HappyDot.sg: Here’s your E-Voucher!’ to your email address containing your E-Voucher details (a UNIQGIFT weblink and PIN code). Do check your inbox (including your spam/junk folder).
6. Activate your E-Voucher via the UNIQGIFT weblink and PIN code. You may refer to the steps provided to complete your redemption.
How do I activate my reward on UNIQGIFT?
You will receive your reward via email ‘HappyDot.sg: Here’s your E-Voucher!’ will be sent upon redemption which will contain a UNIQGIFT link and PIN code.
- Click on the link for your reward details and refer to the steps ‘UNIQGIFT: How to redeem my eGift Card?’ to complete your redemption
Please visit uniqgiftvoucher.com/egiftcard/ to view all participating merchants before activating your reward.
*Note that the expiry date in this email refers to the expiry of the UNIQGIFT link.
Once you activate your reward in UNIQGIFT, the expiry date of your selected voucher will be shown on the voucher itself. (Usually 1 month’s validity)
