1. How do I take part?
Complete surveys sent to you between 18 May 2026 – 12 July 2026.

Each completed qualifying survey gives you:

• 1 game chance in the HappyDotSG 10th Birthday X World Cup Game
• Chance to win weekly and HappyDotSG 10th Birthday Special lucky draw prizes

The more surveys you complete, the more chances you get!

2. How does the game work?
After completing a qualifying survey, you will unlock a chance to play the game.
1 chance of game play will also gives you 1x chance of winning HappyDotSG 10th Birthday Lucky Draw prizes

Score a goal → Win the weekly grand prize
Miss → You may still win bonus rewards

3. How do I check which surveys I’ve completed?
You can check your completed surveys in your Point History – each completed survey will be reflected as “COMPLETED”.

4. What if I didn’t qualify for a survey or it was full?
Only surveys that are fully completed and marked as “COMPLETED” will qualify.
If you are screened out or if the survey quota has been filled, that survey will not count toward gameplay or prize eligibility.
But no worries – look out for more surveys coming your way!

5. How do I know how many Game and Lucky Draw Chances I have?
You can check the Lucky Draw Chances on your Point History Page to see how many chances you’ve earned.
If you qualify for a Game Chance, you will see a pop-up in your Account Page. Tap “Play now!” to access the game.

6. I opened the game but don’t have any shots. Why?
You will only receive a game chance after completing a survey.

7. What can I win?
These are the Prizes you can win:

• 🏆 Weekly Grand Prize
  1 winner per week → $150 worth of Weston Corp e-Vouchers
  Total 8 winners!

• 🎁 Weekly Bonus Winners
  100 winners per week → 10 HappyPoints each

• 🎉 10th Birthday Special Prize
  Additional 100 winners → $10 worth of HappyPoints (500 points each)
  Each individual member will only be allowed to win a maximum of 1x of 10th Birthday Special Prize.

8. How will I know if I’ve won?

• Prizes will be flashed in the game.
• Weekly Grand Prize winner will receive the $150 worth of Weston Corp e-Vouchers via email.
• Weekly Bonus winners’ prize of 10 HappyPoints will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
• Names of winners may also be published on HappyDot.sg website and/or social media
• 100 HappyDotSG 10th Birthday Special Lucky Draw Prize winners will receive also an email from HappyDot.sg after the draw is completed.
  Winners will be notified by the last week of July 2026.

Terms & Conditions

• This campaign runs from 18 May 2026 to 12 July 2026.
• Members will earn 1 Game Chance and 1 Lucky Draw chance for every completed survey within this period.
• A completed survey is one that is fully submitted and marked as “COMPLETED” in your account.
• Surveys where members are screened out or reach quota full do not qualify.
• Each completed qualifying survey grants member one game chance in the game.
• Members will continue to earn HappyPoints as usual for each completed survey.
• HappyDotSG 10th Birthday Special Lucky Draw will be conducted after the campaign period, and winners will be notified by email by the last week of July 2026.

  • Weekly Grand Prize:
    1 winner per week will receive $150 worth of Weston Corp e-vouchers
  • Weekly Bonus Prizes:
    100 winners per week will receive 10 HappyPoints each
  • 10th Birthday Special Prizes:
    Additional 100 winners will receive $10 worth of HappyPoints (500 points each)
• Each individual member will only be allowed to win a maximum of 1x of 10^th Birthday Special Prize.
• Winners will be selected at random or via game outcomes, by such means and methods as HappyDot.sg may determine.
• HappyDot.sg reserves the right to make final decisions on winners’ selection and prize distribution, modify or cancel the campaign at any time without notice.
• Winners will be notified via in-game and/or email.
• Names of winners (full name) may be published on HappyDot.sg website and/or social media platforms.
• By participating in this campaign, members are deemed to have consented to the use and publication of their full name for promotional purposes.
• Members who wish to opt out of publicity must write to [email protected]. In such cases, members will be required to decline and return the prize in its original form.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash, credit or for any other item.
• HappyDot.sg assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with the prize and/or prize collection.
• If a winner is unable to be contacted within 10 working days after the announcement of winners, a supplementary winner may be drawn at HappyDot.sg’s discretion.
• By participating in HappyDot.sg surveys during this campaign period, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
