1. How do I take part?
Just complete as many surveys sent to you between 15 Dec 2025 – 31 Jan 2026. Each completed survey = 1 Lucky Draw chance.
Completing more surveys increases your chances — so don’t miss any survey invites during this period!

2. How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will receive an email from HappyDot.sg after the draw is completed. Winners will be notified by the first week of February 2026.
3. How do I check which surveys I’ve completed?
You can check the completed surveys in your Point History — each completed survey will appear as “COMPLETED”.
4. What if I didn’t qualify for a survey or it was full?
Only completed surveys count toward the Lucky Draw.
If you are screened out or if the survey quota has been filled, that survey will not count as a Lucky Draw chance.
But no worries — more surveys will be coming your way!
5. How do I know how many Lucky Draw Chances I have?
You can check the Lucky Draw Chances on your Point History Page to see how many chances you’ve earned.
6. What can I win?
There are 17 prizes in total namely:

Terms & Conditions
- This Lucky Draw campaign runs from 15 Dec 2025 to 31 Jan 2026.
- Members will earn 1 Lucky Draw chance for every completed survey within this period.
- A completed survey is one that is fully submitted and marked as “COMPLETED” in your account.
- Surveys where members are screened out or reach quota full will not qualify.
- Members will continue to earn HappyPoints as usual for each completed survey. The Lucky Draw is a bonus incentive.
- Lucky Draw will be conducted after the campaign period, and winners will be notified by email by the first week of February 2026.

- Winners will be selected at random by such means and methods (which may be manual or computerized) as HappyDot.sg may determine. HappyDot.sg reserves the right to make final decisions on winners selection and prize distribution, modify or cancel the campaign at any time without notice.
- Winners shall agree to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of HappyDot.sg relating to the Draw and without prejudice to and in addition to the Marketing Consent (if any) given, hereby expressly agree that HappyDot.sg may publicize their names, and/or their images in such mode and manner as HappyDot.sg deems fit.
- All winners must be in contact with HappyDot.sg within 10 working days after the announcement of winners.
- Each prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted within 10 working days after the announcement of winners, a supplementary winner may be drawn at HappyDot.sg’s discretion.
- Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash, credit or for any other item.
- HappyDot.sg assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with the prize and/or prize collection.
- By completing in HappyDot.sg surveys during this campaign period, you automatically qualify for the lucky draw and acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
